We are delighted to share that BCfm Radio has been named a winner in the Inclusive Communities category at the Bristol Legends 2026 Awards.
Organised by Bristol24/7 and sponsored by Great Western Credit Union, the awards celebrate the people, projects and organisations making a positive difference across Bristol.
BCfm was recognised alongside community champion Pat Hart for our contribution to building more inclusive communities across the city. For nearly two decades, BCfm has provided a platform for voices, stories and cultures that are often underrepresented in mainstream media, broadcasting in multiple languages and connecting communities through local radio.
The award was announced as part of Bristol24/7’s Bristol Legends Community category, which highlighted inspiring individuals and organisations creating lasting change in Bristol. A special mini documentary, produced by Bristol24/7’s award winning Video Content Creator Hannah Tyson, showcased this year’s shortlisted nominees and winners.
