We are BCfm (“Bristol Community Radio FM LTD”) – a community radio station based in Bristol, UK. Our registered address is Easton Community Centre, Kilburn Street, Bristol, BS5 6AW.

BCfm promotes community cohesion and well-being by providing an engaging and challenging radio and podcast experience. We are a registered charity (1123827).

We are licenced on FM by the UK regulator, Ofcom.

We use Google Analytics to gather anonymised information about pages visited and browsing habits on our website to allow us to identify popular content and continually improve the information and experience available online.

When interacting with BCfm, either by phone, email, text, apps or a face to face visit, we may collect information including your name, address, email address and phone number.

When entering into a business agreement with BCfm, we may collect information including your name, address, email address and phone number. Please note that sometimes we will require you to provide additional personal information and sometimes sensitive personal information. BCfm will retain your details for as long as required. At the point your data is no longer required, these will be securely deleted.
