You will learn through teaching and group activities how to conduct your own interviews using voice recorders and smartphones.

Training Workshop Structure

– Understanding memory

– Recording equipment and apps

– Interview do’s and don’ts

– Practice interviews

Tea/Coffee/Water and Lunch will be provided.

No experience is required, but you must be available on Saturday 3rd December 2022 (10am – 4pm) at Easton Community Centre.

There will be opportunities to use your new skills and knowledge after the training workshop through a new two-year oral history project with BCfm Radio.
